Pre Season Matches.

Hopefully we've learned from last pre season. We need to play matches against good teams and take them seriously.

Last summer was a bit of a mess. We were playing poor sides and weren't even taking the games seriously. I think these games matter much more than people think, especially the second half of pre season.
The level of team we played in preseason wasn’t far off what the likes of forest and Bournemouth did, but they seem to have done alright. The teams you play aren’t what makes or breaks pre season, if we were undercooked this year it’s because we hadn’t done enough ball work on the training pitch not because we didn’t play Real Madrid in a friendly.

Yes we were there, it was a nice place Dallas, boiling hot that time of year though, we saw all the JFK stuff there, the book depository, grassy knoll etc
Glad you enjoyed it! The JFK museum is pretty good, I always suggest it to people visiting for the first time. The heat is something we can barely tolerate as well to be fair.

We've actually just started a renovation of that stadium too, partly funded by the Friedkin Group funny enough.

Lol, did they have to rush that statement out as it was on the advertising hoardings at Old Trafford then!

At least the USA ko times, are pretty perfect for us in the UK, and not like the Juventus friendly etc that was like a 4.30am ko, that was then delayed as well

Can't think of anything worse than playing other PL clubs. I'd have been interested if it was MLS or Mexican or South American sides. None of those beat a Euro escapade for me.
