Was never a handball. His arm was down by his side and the ball was leathered at him from a yard away. I think you need to read up on the handball law if you think it was a pen
4 officials at the ground plus VAR concluded that none of them were clear cut penalties... Antony Taylor excellently positioned for all 3 decisions by way.

Am more than happy to take the decision of the trained professionals as opposed to the box room, mouth breathing neck beard.

People should be patting Taylor on the back for strong officiating in a high pressure game.

This means nothing. How many times this season have we been screwed over by refs and VAR getting it wrong? You make it sound like they can’t possibly get things wrong just because they’re trained.

Wow, this is mental.

Utterly pathetic, too, that Clattenburg frames himself as an impartial observer in that piece - constantly referring to Forest as “they.”

He’s on the payroll, FFS. A paid lobbyist.

The whole thing is as disingenuous as anything you’d see on the front page of that hideous newspaper.

Needs to be looked into...having him in the stands puts pressure on the officials.

It’s not a position that should exist, it’s not a job he should have accepted, and he’s letting his former profession down by bleating about injustice like this.

But his presence did nothing to help Forest in that game, either.

Dressed in a Columbo coat, too!

They may have potentially shot themselves in the foot...Refs will be less inclined to give them decisions if a club have hired and ex ref,and a bent one at that,to sit in the stands and watch them.

It common knowledge Clattenberg is bent.

Yes.

Much more likely PGMOL close ranks against this attack from an erstwhile colleague than they say “you’re right, Mark. Sorry.”

Just lacks class on so many fronts. He's always been about himself. Forest massively misread the room.

Great result. The fans really lifted the players I felt.

It was a stroke of genius from Nottingham Forest to post that bizarre thing on Twitter about how the VAR guy is allegedly a Luton fan.

The main sports headline is now about how they should have had 3 penalties 🙄 and not about how we look likely to stay up in spite of the premier league hitting us with two separate points deduction.
Our job is to win the war not the battle. I see Notts Forest going down
