Sack him and and make Kompany your next boss.

Kompany would instantly get the respect of the players for what he has achieved, always a stretch to keep this Burnley side in the PL but he shows he can improve players and they have improved as the season has gone on.

Unfortunately they don`t have the quality... IDK if that is the solution but not the worst shout.

Why Kompany out of every other manager on the planet?

The frightening thing is that our players, man for man, really did work hard.

That's the difference between a £1bn squad and a squad that only cost around a hundred mill.

We seem to go to pieces when we concede away from home. The home matches are going to be key to this survival of this great club of ours. We need 5 more matches like Crystal Palace under Frank.

At least in games where we don`t have possession we don`t have to see our lot constantly pass the ball to the opposition under no pressure.

Its not been working for sometime so why does he not change things? How many
times does Dyche need to see that a right hand side of Coleman and Young is bad.
I have been a supporter of Dyche because stability is important, the club can't afford compensation,
and he did a good job with little resources at Burnley but playing Young is a suicide-note.
