Who is most to blame for Everton's current predicament?

Anyone who has stood in a senior role is culpable. Obviously everyone is behind Moshiri and Kenwright, but there's blame all over the shop from the senior exec's. Even if it's for as little as allowing Mosh and Bill to do what they were doing without contest.

He's the common denominator of it all. He was part of the board throughout our managed decline. He was the person who oversaw the failure of King Dock.

He is the person who turned down other potential buyers, but decided to sell to Moshiri. He remained on the board until his death, and played an active roll.

Think where we could be as a club now if he’d done the right thing for Everton and relinquished some of his stranglehold of the club to get the Kings Dock done.

Compare that thought to where we are now.

I was only in primary school when the whole Kings Dock thing happened/unravelled so obviously had no clue about what it meant… what a disaster.

Kenwright.
Nobody should be allowed to take possession of any business they lack the finance to administer adequately, and definitely not a football club,
Ironically we may be about to make the exact same mistake again with 777.
It's funny. 777 are pure evil, yet they are being asked to prove they can fund the club and new stadium build. Blue Bill was never able to do either, yet no questions asked by the PL.

Truly, we are cursed.

Former CFO - the director in charge of regulatory compliance and financial performance/security. Never mentioned, never criticised and walks away.

BK - everything. Passion does not equal competence.

Owner - for allowing the above (and others) to destroy the club and destroy his investment. Plus his own failings, making football decisions he should have stayed well away from.

Moshiri is at fault but he trusted the above with his money
But building a ground on the banks of the royal blue Mersey saved him a vote
