There is no structure to any points deduction, it isn`t logical, it is discretionary.

Like I say, to avoid an appeal give them 5, for example. Just so they take it.

Well the Commission suggested that any breach sees a starting point of 6 and then you consider aggravating factors or mitigating ones. If as rumoured, Forest’s breach is much greater than our £20m then the max deduction of 8 is potentially imposed.

To not impose a greater sanction than we got leaves the whole process even more exposed to ‘you don’t know what you’re doing narrative’. The PL fear that a lot more than a Forest appeal.

Disagree personally, they should stay here and suffer like us. Not be rewarded like they will be, despite no doubt been told they are training hard

I reckon getting away from the uk will do them good, away from all the speculation, can't be great seeing and hearing the continual crap from the media etc

Huge relief Brighton beating Forest there. Coming off the back of a European thumping. And Forest playing Luton next week when we don’t have a game.
Will have to start doing ourselves a favour at some point though.


Forget about Burnley they are absolutely done, would probably need to win 6 of last 10.

I can think of one game Burnley will be targeting for a win.
