6 + 2 Point Deductions

May have been answered already but....
Does this hearing date mean the minutes from the August PL meeting will not be allowed as evidence (regarding the policy of points deduction)? As Masters has until the 8.2.24 to respond to the department of culture. Also, small clubs reference.

Or can they be enforced by super silk?

It’s a good question. Can we adjourn pending this as it could disclose pertinent information? But then would Masters’ response necessarily be publicly available for us to use? Or indeed would these minutes already be available to member clubs?

Exactly... We're appealing the process as much as the punishment and these points are highly relevant (thankyou Andy Burnham).
I'm interested to know if we can force the evidence prior to the deadline given by department of culture and sports.

To be honest getting 3 minor celebrity fans to write a cringeworthy letter to Masters was never a great plan. We should have left it with the select committee as they're impartial. We broke the rules and admitted it. We gained an advantage and stayed up by the skin of our teeth. The only thing we should focus on is the severity of the punishment, which should have been a transfer ban or a deduction in the order of 3 points.
*yawn*

so we gained a sporting advantage over interest payments on the staadium, the Ukraine war starting, you know who being banned, and spurs taking advantage of our situation.

Yes right ok.

We only admitted it after they decided to change out things worked, we didn't have a lot of choice. £6.5mill a years that literally all it it, hardly earth shattering.

There definitely needs to be a great deal of separation between any advantage gained and staying up by the skin of our teeth. By that point, the effect of the spending had been to make us much, much worse.

What was the advantage gained? What business did we do in terms of player purchases that meant we went over PSR?

Wow are you really a blue or just a WUM?

3 minor celebs? Aye?

The former chief at the Bank of England. You know, the fella that puts up interest rates etc. A lady from the DCMS. You know, the guys who oversee sport in the UK who are bringing in the Independent Regulator. And a former top Union guy. Minor celebs? Also Andy Burnham, former Secretary of State for Sport. I think it's your comment that is cringeworthy.

I’d love Richard Masters phone to be sequestered at 5pm on Friday 2nd February by the DCMS select committee and all communication between him and the IC from Sunday to Friday of this week to be forensically analysed…that would learn him!

…..we need a whistleblower from within the PL. Somebody who knows what’s going on, somebody who has access to and can leak dodgy e-mails, minutes, internal comms etc.
Probably why they employ so many kopites, they would rather chop off there arm that admit to any wrong doing.
