I cleaned wheelie bins a few years back whilst out of work. £5 a bin. You'd be surprised how many said yes when you knock on a few doors and get asked to get rid of that egg yolk that's been stuck at the bottom of the bin for 20 years.

yes I agree, its my favourite place that I've visited so far also, those islands are just magnificent and the falls in Plitvice National park are simply breath taking

Agreed, this will be about 10 visits for us, never been disappointed, lovely people, great food and superb weather & warm sea.

People moan about our weather but we don't get Earthquakes, or have devasting tornados, volcanos, and droughts. I'd take take a few day 30 degree 'heatwave' over those any day. Crack a tin, light the barbie, and enjoy.

I've travelled a bit all over and Croatia is way up there with the best. The people, the food, the scenery..magic. Enjoy!

Facebook is guff. Too many ads and it's laughable at the people posting political stuff they have just copied and pasted for likes without any research. Most of which I wouldn't trust to make me a slice of toast without keeping an eye on the fire...

Happens by mine, park on the double yellows, to pop into Costa, so they don't have to pay 50p in one of the 3 ajoining car parks. Traffic backlogged. Then get back into their Land Rover with zero concerns.

Huge increase in parking on double yellows and just banging the hazard lights on whilst you pop in the local shop. Every other bugger backed up behind.

Long haul flight, just took off, full of fuel. Terrible. Likely the casualties being shown being taken away in ambulances were on the ground.
