    Rangers thought that bringing in players like Terry Butcher,Chris Woods,Gazza,Brian Laudrup, would enable them to compete in Europe. At the time you just accept it as the norm and don't look 20 years in the future as a fan as to what the repurcursions may be.

    Rangers fans are devastated as we just don't know what the outcome is going to be. On the other hand, it has brought fans together. Sad state of affairs going into a match not to bothered about results on the park.

    Can play the lone striker role well or even better upfront with someone with pace,can see him getting 15 goals a season at least in PL. Also can produce a goal from nothing, overhead kick vs Aberdeen last year was sublime.

    Noticed this thread when browsing so thought id add my input. Id say the majority of Rangers fans side with Everton. My reasons are past players (Stuart McCall,Gazza,Arteta,Ball,Big Dunc,Weir,Jelavic) played with both teams. I like many Rangers fans despise LFC/Dalgleish. Everton/Rangers...
