Glanced through the brochure and it doesn't really add up. The list of projects has Everton new stadium worth £150m. The list of project teams has Everton Goodison make-over and Everton Training Pitch Can't see them adding up to £150m

As a visitor, got to say that it looks very strongly like Everton will get the dockside stadium.
