Sunderland have a hospitality suite named 'The Founders' after the teachers who formed them. Chambers, Mahon, Cuff etc are rarely mentioned and should be in my opinion.

I just think if the average adult struggles to hit 10,000 steps a day it's going to be a long slog going in and out from town. Some drop off points close to the ground would go a long way to help.
