We already have swimming and watersports from Nelson down to Princes Docks, even a sauna in the latter. Presume the water quality is good enough already.
When I go Canary Wharf I was convinced the water in one of the docks (the one people can swim in) had blue dye in it, turns out it's just filtered and spring fed and has an excellent water quality under EU regulations.
Be class if Nelson dock...
Probably the one thing I am irrationally most impatient for. I think the stadium looks as it is at the moment: unfinished. I am longing to see it looking "new" but complete. Those corners, which won't be visible from ground level, will very much...
It will be great when the equipment / scaffolding etc is removed from the corner areas. I hope they still apply the screed finish when that's the case. That's really needed to have it looking fresh and clean.
Here’s a thing. Was thinking this afternoon and realised I don’t feel quite as hostile towards the ‘Hill Dickinson’ stadium name thing as I did a few weeks ago. Is it not as bad as we thought, or is it just cope?
Looking at the below image this is what TFG are looking to develop not a cheap looking marquee (TENT) ripping fans off with the prices. A proper wider regeneration befitting of a world class stadium.
Am not surprised mate...The people running this city are completely brain-dead.
The amount of interested in the area and this is best we can come up with.
Whatever goes there should be to complement the stadium.
I'm surprised they were given permission for it, to be honest.
It's clearly the most low-effort, low-investment way to rip off as many Evertonians with the priciest beer they can get away with.
All in the cheapest way possible.
But let's call...
Enjoyed the vid, thanks - especially when you’re trying to get a look in the windows at the hospitality areas.
Have you thought about getting a polarising filter for your drone's lens? I don't know what drone you have, but you can get them for...
