The only standard on the road is that there are none. When I travel now I get chance to watch others, the sheer number of people using their phone at the wheel is frankly outrageous, it's not one or two, it's the majority.

Hill Dicks' turnover is £145m. A huge company they ain't. They're not even a huge law firm - just in the top 50 on turnover. Doesn't mean that they ain't paying a princely sum for naming rights, but it's a weird flex.
