There is often a majority-opinion/consensus, and if there is a genuine concern, then an explanation or clarification can at least be sought..... and answers relayed back. It's up to the fans to judge if that is satisfactory or not.

They are a result of Government legislation and are supposed to be independent and democratically elected bodies, complying with various set standards. I'm not sure that we can expect much more than that tbh.

Until quite recently Dave Kelly was the chairman of the FAB. Previously he was also instrumental in both KEIOC and the Blue Union. I'm quite sure he would've led the FAB into whatever "fight" that was required. Just because you don't always hear of the details, it doesn't mean that major points...
