Rightly or wrongly, many have bemoaned the lack of Everton identity in and around the new stadium. Dixie Dean and the Holy Trinity are this club's immortals (there may be a few others who could merit a place, but they certainly do).... they don't...
Even the ones at GP are casting of the original sculptures. The ones at BMD can be scanned and scaled up if you think that it is important for them to be absolutely unique.
I'm sure they said they wanted to reserve them for 'new' legends from our future at Bramley Moore rather than past players from Goodison. Can't recall where i read that though.
That's were I've gone for too. Always said that when I grew up I'd go sit on the sides.... I'm only 60, so this is the first phase of that. Sat behind the goal, same row as my season tkt for the first trial event. Moved over to my season tkt...
Block 205, SW corner, officially the South Stand. Went for pretty much the same area we're currently at.
Yeah, Block 205. SW corner but officially the South Stand.
Went for the same spec we have now or as close as.
In all the years I've been watching football the only time I moaned about facilities was when we didn't win.
No matter how good the facilities are at BM if we aren't winning that'll be my overriding memory.
I think I object to the name as much as I do the slapdash word spacing.
“Official Store.”
It’s hardly going to be an unofficial store selling DHgate knock-offs when it’s on the front of the club’s actual football stadium, is it?
Yes I'm 76yrs old and suffering and have terminal cancer but I walked from Lime Street to the stadium for the 2nd test game in 30 mins.. so it can be done ✅
