Do you not think part of the reason why we deploy the style of football we have, is the lack of attacking options? We'd scored the least in the league prior to Dyche coming - and so it's not a new thing. If we're expansive, the lack of pace in...

Only Man City and Arsenal have picked up more points than Everton in the last 5 games That feels mad, given I was sweating about us until about 4 days ago

Why are we slagging him off? We’ve just won a derby.

I don't disagree, but without the financial tools to do that, it's difficult I think what we might be better off doing is looking for players in wide and midfield areas who are more likely to contribute goals The other bit on DCL - he's largely...

Agree 100%. But the thing is, as I've bored everyone to tears with - I think that style of contain/% football - pragmatism to find the margins to keep a team in the league is, unfortunately, what the doctor ordered. You see, if we do what...

This team is that, mate. 3 years have shown it. Make no mistake - this teams objective next season is to stay up. There's not the goals in it. Only when we improve the players in the final third do we kick on. Small margins.

Can I ask why you think ANY manager should be getting us above that sort of standard currently? I can make pro and anti Dyche arguments and that winless run, particularly the back end of it, was a huge worry but I think the thing I'd have an...

I thought we were v likely to be ok after Sunday, but surely we will be fine now. In fact I think if Luton lose at the weekend, we only need a point to make it mathematically certain (always a chance Forest get some points back, so probably...

I'm going to try and stay as consistent as I can. I can defend not winning games if the performance levels are there. There have been times this season (far more than average) when we've played well enough but not got our rewards for it and I've...

Genuinely no clue why anyone would think this. Moyes has never negotiated transfers, that's always been left to the owners/DOFs/chairmen wherever he's worked Naming no names, but the youth coaches at Everton did not have time for Moyes when he...

Not many DoFs get wheeled in to give evidence on transfers to persuade an independent committee to not give major point deductions. That's the type of job he's got. The fact him or any of the players and staff etc havent been offered new deals...

I was on here from day one saying he was a waste of time. We have no need for a DofF for two reasons: We have no money to spend. He obviously has no influence over the current squad or intro of youth, formation or style. We could have saved...

The Thelwell criticism I find slightly odd tbh. It's well-documented that Thelwell has been working within some severe financial constraints since he arrived here and, frankly, absolute chaos behind the scenes. There was a Thelwell thread last...
