I've felt this way for years. If some rich person wants to spend all their money on a football club they should be able to. However it is on their own personal risk and not on the clubs.
Clubs owners should be allowed to spend whatever they want, but anything over 85% of the clubs income it taken on by the owner personally and cant be saddled on the club as debt.
