Memberships aren't voluntary if you want to occasionally go the game. If you want to go one game a season that first game costs well over £100. The club are doing what other clubs do so you can't blame them but memberships aren't meaningful... -

Both the old firm clubs are more trouble than they're worth with these things. Playing Celtic and them bringing 5,000+ for a big weekend away in a stadium that hasn't yet passed the relevant safety tests doesn't seem like the best idea.
