I’d rather we gave Barry lots of rope to push through and find some form. We’re already using a loan player who’s future here is tenuous at best to keep a developing player out of position and it’s probably best if we don’t do that at another...
We cannot buy another striker because we use this as an excuse for not fixing the rest of the problems we have. David Moyes cannot be the manager when we spend money on another striker at a minimum.
The club should be evaluating replacements and working toward appointing the next manager now. The best time for Moyes to go is next summer and hopefully we can have someone lined up to make it an easy transition. There isn’t a lot to be gained...
Honestly the results shouldn’t determine when we sack Moyes. We’re going to sack him. This is a fact. So we just need to find our preferred replacement and do it at that point.
