I’d rather we gave Barry lots of rope to push through and find some form. We’re already using a loan player who’s future here is tenuous at best to keep a developing player out of position and it’s probably best if we don’t do that at another...

We cannot buy another striker because we use this as an excuse for not fixing the rest of the problems we have. David Moyes cannot be the manager when we spend money on another striker at a minimum.

The club should be evaluating replacements and working toward appointing the next manager now. The best time for Moyes to go is next summer and hopefully we can have someone lined up to make it an easy transition. There isn’t a lot to be gained...

Honestly the results shouldn’t determine when we sack Moyes. We’re going to sack him. This is a fact. So we just need to find our preferred replacement and do it at that point.

Then move on before we have to sell players. Alcaraz is gone already but the next talented player we come across it’d be nice to use and get more from.

We need to start readying for when he’s not here. Sadly he’s burning up younger, talented players, Alcaraz among them in the meantime. It’s funny because Alcaraz was a bit Cahill-ish in the games he did start last season.

Exactly it’s the absolute basics so if the manager can’t accomplish that with any set of players at this level it is time to move on. Glasner is not playing water carriers in attacking positions to keep his shape together. Eze is one of the...

This is where you have to coach the team. We can’t sacrifice actual ability for standing in the right spot. If the manager can’t figure out how to make it work with gifted players we will simply need to find someone who can.

I understand this, we’re in a low or mid block more than is healthy. Beyond that this is still a massive coaching issue. The best attackers at attacking need to be the ones playing, even moreso if the shape you’re taking out of possession is...

We need to be in that position less. I also just don’t subscribe to the idea that Alcaraz is problematic in those periods, at least not as a central player.

These guys aren’t passengers though. They want to go be aggressive and combative.
