He’s as deficient as both just in different areas. Ok maybe not as bad as Harrison.
  • TheBigIguana
It’s not reasonable though. Because the point in their development matters. This KDH signing is more Sigurdsson than KDB.

    Steichen didn’t coach the defense

The 38-35 Super Bowl? That’s a lot of points in a big game no?
  • TheBigIguana
I’m going to make this point again because I feel like it keeps not getting through: the place he’s at in his career matters. The likely development of the player matters and in this case his development is likely over. When we’re bringing up...

I’m pretty interested in seeing how the Colts get on. To me the big reason the Chiefs beat the other teams that are supposed to be good enough to beat them is they get horribly outcoached. But we’ve seen Steichen and Anerumo actually stand up to...

Probably a point for a different thread but our use of substitutes is criminal right now. The game has changed in the five sub era and Moyes has not.
  • TheBigIguana
To me this is mostly speculatory and not really in line with that his career has shown to date. And that certainly doesn’t mean you’re wrong. My problem is given the profile of the player and the transfer fee we probably shouldn’t be speculating.

I’m not sure I would have either if I’m being completely honest mate. I’m actually still on the fence about having him.

Last player are remember writing off this quickly was Doucoure, who was crap, and before that it was Bernard. This actually has a lot of similarities to Bernard. Do you know what country he played in when we let him go?

I care about the footballing point of view too. Just so we’re clear if I was DOF I would not have done the Grealish loan even having seen what we’ve seen so far this season.
  • TheBigIguana
I’m certainly concerned that Grealish is going to be one year and done and leave us having basically gained very little from this season. But the other really important part here is that he’s consistently been a way better player than KDH!
  • TheBigIguana
Morgan Rogers left City when he was 21 years old! It matters!
  • TheBigIguana
Yeah building around a guy Chelsea used as a squad player to beat up on tiny clubs in Eastern Europe and Scandinavia and gladly let leave is surely how we will compete with them and those better than them. It’s just such a poorly conceived plan...
