Big game. Without Cunha they are nothing. 3-0. Easy.

The Now-Irrelevant 2024/25 Relegation Battle (Without Everton!)

Recruitment above all else needs to happen. The squad is limited and below par in many, many areas and when the ones that are off the level don’t perform (Branthwaite, last 5 games etc) then their is only one way. If the new owners don’t spend it begs two questions; 1. Why buy the club? 2...

The Now-Irrelevant 2024/25 Relegation Battle (Without Everton!)

it’s 3 from 5 but more realistically 2 from 4, so the chances of survival on that basis are 50%. Leicester look awful, and to be going down without much of a fight - should have never sacked Cooper. So it’s 1 from 3, so a 66% survival chance.

They play tomorrow… so I’m forgetting their very existence

Southampton are gone. Leicester will get a points deduction & RVN plays suicide football - they are gone. Between; Ipswich, Wolves and Everton.

The Now-Irrelevant 2024/25 Relegation Battle (Without Everton!)

So many on this forum seem to overlook that Forest knew they had the sale of Johnson to get them back on the right side of FFP. If the Tottenham bid came at the start of the window, not the end, then Forest would have never failed - in fact, as highlight in the report, if Forest had accepted...

    Everton January 2025 Transfer Thread

Never comes to Everton. Forest breach was quickly remedied with the sale of Johnson (45m), Mangala (30m) and Niahkate ( 25m) as well as the PSR swap deal with Anderson for the Greek Keeper.

4/5 Draw to either Villa or Spurs, Villa being more likely and then beat Leicester.

The Now-Irrelevant 2024/25 Relegation Battle (Without Everton!)

They should have never sacked Cooper. He would have kept them up, I think. Considering the circumstances - he did a very good job at Forest, even if the football was pragmatic and uninspiring. I think there is a lot to be said for a manager that understands the shortcomings of their side and...

By how much? Because I don’t think it is much, if anything at all. Pickford, Branthwaite, Ndiaye are starters for most teams 10th downwards. Full-Backs, arguably the worst group in the league? Wide players, laughable selection. Managala and Doucouré are bottom six players.

0-0 in context, are perfectly acceptable results - this would be one. Would have them unbeaten in two, a point behind, ahead of a decent home game vs Brighton. With that being said, Fulham will win 3-0 now! 🤣

I think Ipswich get something… these are the games where a point on the road against a middle-table team keep you up. Fulham will turn up expecting 3-Points. Certainly wouldn’t be shocked if it was the other way round.
