There is a lift, there was a young fan in a wheelchair on the 2nd floor when I was in there. As for decoration, that will come. I don’t think any fan will walk out because the walls aren’t painted. It looked fine to me and will look even better...

The club have invested almost £800M into the north end of the city and taken care of the anchor role needed to regenerate that end of the city for the council. The council should be making sure that in the stadium's outer environs no Tom, D1ck...
