    Peter Reid

My fave ever player. The way he bossed the midfield and controlled the tempo of the game was a sight to behold

    2020/21 Carlo Ancelotti

It was the FA cup but Fulham beat Everton at Goodison 1-2 on Feb 15th 1975. It was a big shock because Everton were top of the league at the time and Fulham were in the 2nd division. First game I ever went to.

At the time many supporters were scratching their heads why we signed him as injuries had seemed to ruin his career. 2020/21 Fabian Delph

My lingering memory of him is from that shitshow against Newcastle at home last season coasting at 2-0 then they pulled one back deep into stoppage time. From the kickoff all we needed to do was keep possession for a minute, it was passed bakck to Delph who then inexplicably proceeded to launch...

2019/20 premier league manager sack race

Looking at a West Ham forum their supporters are convinced it's going to be Moyes. They're not happy, hahaha

    Media attitude towards Everton.

The Media in general seem to have some lingering animosity towards Everton. It all started back in the 60s when Catterick wouldn't put up with any of their nonsense and virtually shut them out. At the same time Shankly would indulge them big time and they loved him. Liverpool then went on to win...

Labone or Ratcliffe......Who was our best Skipper?

Ratcliffe was skipper in name only. Everton's real skipper in those days was Peter Reid. He controlled the pace of the game and all play went through him.

    Our most loyal player

Ted Sagar. Played his entire career for Everton for something like 30 years and probably only got paid tuppence a week.
