oops its a women. Been a bit preoccupied with actual work so a bit out of touch.

Did I see Sky saying we've signed a French striker on a 3 year deal?
  • S
    January what year?
  • S
I think he does, as much as most. Half the time the problem is that theres no one in the middle to be on the end of the ball in,DCLs positional sense is the main weakness in his game. Keen in his two full games has shown that his positional sense...

'Used to have'....the then Watford manager got Del up to speed for playing a full 90 minutes, even used him through the middle late on for a quick breakaway when Watford sat back or were forced back. It worked quite often as well. I was surprised...

You're talking as if he didn't 'cheat' and act slyly when playing for Everton. Best free kick earner in football since Franny Lee, now Zaha is the king of that particular talent, but of course if Zaha was playing for Everton every free kick...

That is the only major downside. And its a big problem. Otherwise I'd have him back in a shot. Even more than with Richarlison, there was an amazing air of expectancy whenever Del got the ball, and whereas Theo can sometime put in a good cross...

Could we please stop talking about things that aren't going to happen, and talk about things that might happen? Who is the European winger we are said to be interested in, and have we lost out to Spurs for that midfielder?
  • S
Quite surprised but rather glad no one has voted for Walcott. Just shows that enough posters on here appreciate his quality as a winger. It doesn't always work out for him, but he at least runs in the right direction, and usually with the ball.
  • S
WAlcott put the ball across the goal for Kean to score...there were also two crosses looking for his head...both from Digne I think. Hope you keeping OK Joey during this lockdown...you been shielded like me?

Or even a DCL level cock up, like last week?
