As an Ajax fan I'm hoping you're right! He's clearly an upgrade Klaassen, something we in Amsterdam already know for awhile. But he needs to keep playing. If you guys stay up, I prefer to see him play 38 games for you guys than to go back to the Man United bench.

Dutch media are also writing about this transfer, apparently Everton made an 20 million Euro offer. He was a descent striker at Feyenoord last season, but I personally don't think he is can replace Lukaku at the moment.

Ok, I've seen his last 182 matches and believe me, don't worry it is a good signing.

I'm a Dutch Ajax fan so I know what he can do for years. He has made some bad career choices but I had no doubt he could be a great goalkeeper for Everton.

Were you guys really doubting Stekelenburg when he arrived at the club?

It was Cillissen indeed! Stekelenburg was not in the Dutch squad for that tournament because he didn't play for Fulham at the time. Cillissen played the penalty serie in the semi-final against Argentine and couldn't even stop Aguero's penalty:D
