I didn’t say that. I said Wood scored double figures 4 seasons on the spin. He asked where that it got us. And I said Europe. Which it did. I actually think we’ve been in Europe more recently than Everton. Which simply shouldn’t happen ….. but Dyche achieved it.

At a lower level against poorer teams. Massive step up to the Prem. We’re brilliant to watch this season but we’ll struggle hugely next year again. Just the nature of the beast. Dyche had Burnley win games at United, City, Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea in his time with us. That’s crackers for a...

I wouldn’t. We’ve moved on now, Dyche had ran his course. But Kompany hasn’t achieved even 5% of what Dyche did at Burnley. Now isn’t the time to judge who was the better manager for Burnley.

Europe. It got us into Europe. Which is crazy when you think about it. Burnley in Europe.
