I don't make the rules, you can't pay in $. Even if you somehow stumble across a place that does then good luck getting a fair exchange rate. Just get some hryvnia when you're out there. It's really not that difficult.

No, everything is hrvynia. The only place I've ever seen another currency (euros) being accepted is the airport duty free.

Non-Everton fan here in peace. Exchange offices take Euros, Dollars and Pounds. Just a warning about withdrawing money out there, you will not be able to use most ATMs that you see because of the dire situation their banks are in. Security-wise it's absolutely fine, just banks are folding left...

The Euros aren't exactly the be all and end all for how good players are eg Toni, Torres, The French squad, Lahm, Cech.
