You have answered your own question, but maybe it's too obvious, we are no longer paying any interest hence the club has more available money.

They've only just done the feasabilty studies I believe, so suspect that will happen soon providing the feasibility studies enable us to do what we wanted.

I don't understand the neccessity to know the capacity of the ground, if they said it was 1 or 100,000 someone would find a reason to disagree with it. The drawings that appeared on here said it was about 60,000, one of the guys that seems to know what is going on with the design etc has said...

How can you raise finance until you know how much you need? If planning permission hasn't been submitted then again you can't cost it, so can't raise finance. Surely that is just common sense?
