I have raised with CAB and Trading Standards today as well as a complaint via EFC website. CAB suggested that the Club should provide physical tickets as a gesture of good will - not sure that'll work!

Same! I had a work phone a few years ago and downloaded the digital ticket onto that ad guess what? It didn't let me through the turnstiles. Requested physical ticket then and now and have been denied. I don't always carry a phone and the one I used previously was a work phone which I no longer...
