    What kind of riding are you thinking of doing? Bikes seem to have become extremely expensive in recent years, so whatever you go for, you might do well in the 2nd hand market.

    Depending on your age and the roads you ride on i would go with a gravel bike the geometry is much easier on the body and the gearing is easier on the knees and legs. I have always ridden road bikes but converted to a gravel bike about 4 years...

    On another matter away from the Pogacar stuff: Lipowitz is a rising star for sure. The rest of the race might still be of interest to see if he (or Onley) get on the podium.
