People (including myself) were hoping they’d be in a relegation scrap as well haha

Looks the part like. Wissa to come in as well.

Fantastic result for you lads! Congratulations. Was text by someone at the match today who said Grealish was outstanding (obviously you'll all know this already if you watched the game!), glad to see him settle quickly.

Great day for ourselves - can't beat a last minute winner! Glad to see that you lot got a win today as well - I said at the start of the season I fancied you for europe with the amount of other teams playing in competitions, and the way you ended...

Surely that were always the case though. Unless it’s just wages have increased so much that’s it’s life changing to be sacked?

Might just be me, but feels more mangers these days basically give up, broadcast they’ve down so, and wait to be sacked rather then resign. We’ve had it a few times in the not too distant past. I know you had it with Dyche. There’s plenty more too.

I think their fanbase has sanitised massively since the price of tickets sped up and they sell out every week. All the wronguns who might have caused trouble in the past have been priced out from going these days, so won't be making the trip...

Travelled to and from London the other day, and basically every motorway had a flag on them! I'm in no way gonna pretend to understand these things. But to me, along with Palestine, Isreal, and Ukraine before that, it feels slightly like we're...

I might be misremembering but I think the Football Weekly Podcast did their season previews a couple of weeks back, and a few of the journos on there were speculating that Pep might be looking to reinvent his side into something at least a bit...

Fair, enough. Wasn't my intention at all!

This comes across as a complaint to the reader:

Read it again lad. There were no complaints? I was simply saying I'd love to actually what goes on behind the scenes during a transfer window, as it'd be interesting. That was it. No complaints at all.

Anar, it's class. But we also sold £40m worth of players. So "only" £110m spent (spread over multiple years due to contract length). And just generally, to stay up you need to spend money - everyon knows it. And more importantly, even with...

I'd give anything to understand what actually goes on in transfer windows for my team. After a really positive start/ middle of the window it's been pretty quiet for weeks at Sunderland - and we're deffo one or two short. You're just never sure...

Went to Burnley yesterday. They had a game plan, we did not. I imagine we won’t be the only team they get a clean sheet against at home! More generally, the facilities at Turf Moore for an away fan is light years from every other PL ground (I...
