How do we replicate the Goodison atmosphere that helped maintain our status as a Premier League club?
If anything, the atmosphere should be better. The crowd is bigger, for one. And the acoustics are better than those of Goodison.

I think it depends on what other lounges etc are open on non match days, I suspect the club might want the ability to go into a lounge to see the pitch or to look out on the mersey and try and get people's (especially tourists) to get some food...
