Thanks for the reply mate, thing is I have one it is up where i want it to be but the deposit is not at 10% we have in another savings account, so not sure someone would take a house off the market 7% whilst we wait to draw down the ISA.

I know officially you can't use it towards my house deposit but is there any way around that?
