Can you walk from the South Stand Lower concourse to the East Stand Lower? I know you can do it for the rest of the stadium but wondering if there's restrictions with the South Stand due to the age limits and to stop people joining their mates...

Think they kept/keep it cheap at certain times and whack it up close to KO and half time. If Everton want people there early and to hang around after the game they need to do something similar imo
