Unsure.
Hit piece. All of our spending doesn’t even constitute 75% of 1 Liverpool signing. And doesn’t mention that we’ve spent the least over the past 5(?) seasons with negative net spends. -

If we do that we'd be looking at an unprecedented 100 points deduction though. They tried to hit us with 20 (or more?) initially after all. Nothing will happen to City and Chelsea, and I expect United to join the circus of PSR-subverting tactics...
