Has there been too many goals in the tournament? You've just watched a penalty shootout where half the penalties were easily saved and the other half were smashed out of the ground. I don't necessarily think it's a terrible idea, but is it absolutely needed?

I know there's not much that doesn't confuse Cole Palmer but his expression there is pretty funny. This lunacy sums the whole farcical tournament up.
