I think he's got confused. Because we sold them the stands that we'd built but there's no mention of the ground, he's presumed we owned the ground when it was in fact rented. -

Yeh, that's not a deed or a lease, it's a certificate for the change of name of a company. The Companies House records for Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Limited (still the same company) have the incorporation documents for that...
