Channel hopping there noticed the women's Merseyside Derby was on just clocked Everton going 2-1 up bang on half time with an absolute cracking cross and header that any team would be proud of.

I don’t think they’ve lost at Legoland and today was the 1st goal the RS have scored there in the Derby. Men might take a while to emulate them but would love to batter them this season.

Yes a very odd experience.

Kick off at Kingstonian yesterday in the FA Trophy Q1 round, where the “home” team beat Merstham 1-0 in an entertaining hard fought encounter.

Horrid place to watch football. Really shallow terracing, the only stand full by 1.30 and no home support to speak of at all.

German ref balling in the Ireland game. VAR check on goal, nope goal. Stupid tackle in temper, red card no checks yellows for any dissent in the aftermath or time wasting. It's odd after after a few weeks of PGMOL.

England are hellish. They need Grealish or someone with a bit of devilment.
