    It was great in the 90s and all those little auction houses had many a bargain to kit out a house/flat. Started to change from 2000 onwards and all those old warehouses being converted into flats was the death knell for the old area.

    Also, bumped into Arteta in Sapporro after Derby in about 06/07. We lost 2-0 at home. Loved him then as he was immense. I just smiled at him like a crazy ex girlfriend as he collected his take out.
