There are plenty of CL clubs in France, Germany, Spain and Italy where he won't sit on the bench. I doubt he's on the bench for Arsenal, I think he'd be perfect for them.

We'd need to massively overpay for him to come here. He'll have many suitors.

I'd be massively disappointed if we bought a 28 year old attacking midfielder from the Championship. I have no issue dipping into the Championship for players, but they should either have potential to improve or have 8-10 years left in their...

Meh. I get he could fill two roles, backup LB and backup RB. But he's not good enough to be first choice in either. He's 28 and won't come cheap, regardless of the lack of fee.

We should set higher goals than "not worse than Harrison." Hamer already didn't do that great his PL season, and he'll be 28 before the start of next season.

Yikes. While I'm realistic about how much TFG can spend with PSR, I'd assume its more than 7 million. And some of those guys just plain suck.

Well Kidd plead guilty, so I guess we can "trust women" on this one. It's a little late to call the morality police on Everton, however.

He's not wrong though. No matter how much money is spent, we need to bring 8-9 players in at minimum. That's not typical for a club that wasn't promoted or relegated the prior season.

Investors typically try to invest in things that make money? Nothing is a sure thing, but I think TFG have a good track record. I don't think they're delusional, as you suggest. No, they won't be drawing 39k any time soon, but 15k within 5...

I don't think you base your assumptions on what the game looks like now. Investors are drawn to the women's game because it has low barriers to entry and a lot of growth potential. AS Roma women's team won four or five trophies after TFG took...

Land can’t be depreciated. It’s possible improvements were capitalized but the overall structure itself has to be fully depreciated. I think the point though is that it would still take a considerable amount of cash to both operate and maintain...

Oh the duality of GoT :) Regardless of motivation, football will still be played at Goodison. How many Asda supporters are there? I haven't really seen a legitimately logical reason why the club wouldn't do this thus far.

Let’s face it. The new owners newly in the door didn’t have time to put a legacy project together so have fudged it by “giving it to the women’s team”. This is completely inappropriate. The crowds no where near enough to fill the stadium at the...
