It might have been said on here already. But I wouldn't play him out of position (central) for anyone. That includes Ndiaye and KDH. In transition he gets us up the pitch quicker than anyone in the squad.

I don't understand why you need to insult fans who have a different opinion. They might think we need to prioritise other positions. Because you like the player it doesn't mean other fans who don't (for whatever reason) 'deserve misery in their...

I've been banging on about prioritising right hand side and defensive mid. But our strikers look rough. Particularly the way we're set up.

I could only stay for 20 mins of legends game. Baines was the best player in either game.

The deals we've done so far have been good. No stupid prices. Just need to hold our nerve on this one. He's not playing first few games anyway. What's the rush?

There's a few car parks north end of town, round the Denbigh Castle way. Park there, 25 min walk.

I'd normally get train but in car on Sat. Is that mad parking zone still happening? Best place to park?

I think it'll get sorted next couple of days, but don't see why we have to rush it. He's probably not going to start first few games and the longer it drags on means we'll get the deal were looking for. If someone else comes and pays what they...

Not that arsed tbh. Sorting right hand side much bigger priority imo. Let's see if anyone's going to pony up £300k week before window closes. One we can go back to.

I want spurious rumours from anywhere/everywhere - especially nutty old footy commentators. Elton Welsby, David Icke, Ron Atkinson - bring it on.

Has anyone said 'it's not our money' yet 😂

Better to move on now (if sell on clause true). Can't help thinking Moyes 'we're desperate' soundbite will makes things even harder in this window. Understand his frustration, but beyond stupid for someone with his experience.

We must have a valuation. If we're still miles off after 2nd bid, better to walk away £35m feels about right, £45m is too much.
  • P
Let's just pay the £15m salary and £10m loan fee. It's a sign of our ambition. The best young players in Europe will be queuing up to play with Jack. Has anyone said 'its not our money' yet, circa 2016 😂

Maybe the strategy is scattergun, I don't know. But we never seem to have things worked out with players/agents before transfer window opens. Most deals are done months ago. We seem to wait until season ends before we start doing any work on...
