Totally agree with you. Another example of him improving our players, well done Paul Tait bet Seb would say the same I bet.

Another player explaining how much Paul Tait has helped them. Has obviously done a lot behind the scenes to improve individual players and change the style of play that in my mind is very good coaching.

Very good coach done an amazing job with u21s in terms of style of play. Every player improved under him in 6 months. That is fundamentally the job of a coach improve the players you work with!! Food for thought
