I think you are way off course here. Of course there will challenges to be ironed out , it's brand new and bound to have a few teething problems. But to say it was a " rush job " thats way out of touch. The club have openly asked for feedback...

You'd definitely would have expected it to be done by now. I'm thinking as the signage on the east stand was only put up just a couple of weeks ago, maybe they are waiting until all the cables are 100% fully installed before lighting them up?
