Everton winning three games in a week.
Everton playing attacking football under David Moyes.
Everton in a fantastic new state-of-the-art stadium.
Think I’m in the wrong universe!
We totally controlled that match today. Should never have made it so difficult for ourselves at the end. But so many positives. We look so good going forward. If only we could have recruited the striker we crave this window but it isn't happening...
James Garner break out season?
Been forced to be a jack of all trades last few years, but stick him in a double pivot and hes got the positional nous and technical ability to control a game
Not been his biggest fan but growing on me big time...
What a load of nonsense! I have been on record as saying that I am not Moyes' biggest fan, but his failing was resorting to a defensive mentality too easily. We did play some really good stuff at times under him. I just wanted more of it.
Spells in this game were the first time in a long long time where I thought yknow what, we've got a real tidy team. Been a long time since we played good football like that and just simply looked like the better team away from home.
