Glad of this. Keeps Everton in the area and fans can still visit, go to a game etc. much better than a carpark or block of flats ending up over the old Goodison. Least they have come out with the news before Sunday too

Bet you it does not stop them buying players for exhorbinate fees on sky high wages though and I will lay another bet, when they do they won't be done with PSR deductions like we were, they are untouchable and they know it.

Really feel the way Forrest have slipped back that if they finish 7th, instead of it feeling like a triumph ( bloody is after last season) they’ll implode at what could have been and really suffer next season.
