Had a couple of eggs to use up, so hard boiled them, then mashed them up with some finely sliced ham and gherkins. Mixed it all with a good splodge of mayonnaise and mustard, and a good grind of black pepper. Was pretty good between two slices of toasted whole meal bread. 👌🏻

Normal service resumed. Beat the third placed team more convincingly than the score suggests, and the playoff dream is still alive. 👍🏻 Meanwhile, the second placed team that decimated us last week lost 1-0 to a team that looks likely to be relegated… 🙄🤷🏻‍♂️
