I’m my personal experience I had to have 3 consecutive elevated PSA tests, a DRE, an MRI and a family history survey before they did a biopsy. Obvs the DRE is intrusive but they weren’t getting ahead of themselves with scalpels.

She's been excellent....funnily enough though, sometimes a long term injury (6 months is the Internet talk) can be a blessing in disguise.... When she returns (maybe Royal Rumble), she'll get a monster pop, and will instantly be the top babyface...
