Transfer Rumour Gossip- Munir El Haddadi

We need a long term replacement for Pienaar. Could this guy do a similar job seeing as he's left footed? Not sure about the reliability of the rumour, but that's one area we lack depth.

Match Thread Arsenal v Everton. 24th Oct at 1730.

Wonderful preview. It will take some time for us to be fully what we was in Martinez first season, and this game won't be better than the last one I'm afraid. Arsenal will win it, but I hope we play some good football and we'll see some happy faces on the pitch.

Match Thread Everton v Watford. 8th Aug at 15.00.

Another great preview. Looking forward to the season getting off to a start. I voted that I think we will win, but as this is a season opener against an unknown team I'm not sure. Hope to see an Everton team with tempo and urgency. COYB

I've seen Naismith has been able to get under the skin of some Arsenal supporters and they want him injured, apparently he is diving and a cheat. Seems to be the definition of irony.

    Dynamo Kyiv

Meant to say I think they'll get a 1-0 lead and win. Not really basing this on any deep knowledge, just seem to remember watching them and they strike me as the type of team that could be going for an early lead and hold onto it.

    Dynamo Kyiv

I guess that's the most likely, it being played in an empty stadium that is.

    Dynamo Kyiv

Obviously we have to respect Dynamo Kiev, they are a quality club and their team looks to be well organized. Imagine they are a bit like Chelsea, solid especially defensively with some threat going forward as well if maybe a bit boring. Might be wrong and obviously hope so but looks like they...

    Arsenal v Everton. 1st March at 14.05.

The patronising is strong with this one. Funny how the Arsenal fans think that losing to Monaco is going to anger wenger and turn him into a tactical genius. Their weakness is obvious to anyone with eyes and they will remain until changes are made in management. RM is growing a tad predictable...

    Arsenal v Everton. 1st March at 14.05.

Fine preview. If we play like we did against Young Boys and they play like they did against Monaco Lukaku will have another hattrick. That won't happen though, but it will be a good match. Both squads are built for pace and counter attacking football but their managers prefer possession...

Everton v BSC Young Boys. 26th February at 20.05.

Voted PoP. Whilst going through should suffice and resting players for the Arsenal match might make sense I think good results creates good results (or at least not horrible results). Plus it feels like it's been ages since the last win at home so I hope we go for another win here. Great preview.

BSC Young Boys v Everton. 19th Feb at 18.00 GMT.

We did have a bit of luck with the goals but overall we created enough chances that I thought the result was fair. As you say the lack of a compact defense, and especially noticeably the lack of pressing, was the difference between you in this match and what we face in the league. Your attack...

    Are loans ok?

I can see the negative aspects but they can be managed and are easily outweighed by the positives. As for Everton, it is one of the better clubs around for developing youngsters and giving them a chance in the first team rather than buying youngsters developed by others. For some of the players...

Lukaku reveals request to play more direct.

The thing for me has been the lack of pace, and the players willingness to receive and/or win the ball. Aggressively pressing the opponents when out of possession is vital, also we need to move the ball quickly and this is true in the highest levels of football regardless of your preferred style...
