Are we to expect empty seats permanently where those cameras are in the corner of the south lower? Doesn't look great and don't recall similar at Tottenham so why at BMD?

It's an interesting one. NFL this season have used London, Dublin, Berlin, Madrid and Sao Paolo. Only Tottenham have had more than one game and I think during their build they drew up an agreement with the league though may be wrong on that. Is it at saturation point is a question I suppose...

Yeah I get that regarding expansion. This point though was there was talk that the facilities in the south stand were built to cope with an uplift in capacity from safe standing. That doesn't seem to be the case.

I'm upper SW and have tried every upper turnstile from the south east to south west. Only my allocated turnstile plus an adjacent one worked, the rest flashed purple with the message 'wrong turnstile'.

There used to be some in the SE corner of the plaza but think that they've been moved now (wasn't paying attention last game). For Villa they had them by the pump house. No chance they'll change their corporate colour on a broadcast that millions watch. The plaza is completely different.

One thing I noticed yesterday that I don't think I've seen before looked odd. Going up the stairs in the SW, the barrel roof at the closest point to where it covers the seats now has a clear plastic covering attached to it. Can only guess that's a concern about water leakage? Presume all corners...
