We had to go with the narrow beam lights because seagulls are attracted to a spread beam,and they'd end up flying straight into the stadium and killing themselves. Moshiri didn't want dead seagulls all round the ground.

Access to the various plazas wont be stopped as people need to get to the shop, restaurants, conferences etc.
